An elderly woman waked into a dress store looking for the perfect dress to wear at her granddaughter’s wedding which was coming up soon. The staff at the store were hesitant to help her, since she didn’t have the “ideal” customer look, wanting to maintain a “beautiful” image in the store. As she began talking to a bridal consultant who wasn’t taking the grandma seriously and told her to check the thrift store for something more in her budget. Another woman in the store was trying out her veil, she was soon to be a bride and saw what was going on. She quietly told the staff to let the woman purchase all she wanted and to bill it to soon-to-be bride.
