Sometimes organising refunds for something ordered online can be a hassle, dealing with the postage and packaging isn’t exactly what you want to be doing with your time. A woman ordered a fur coat and when it was delivered, she could see through the packaging that it wouldn’t work well with her dogs. She phoned up the customer services line to ask for a refund, which she was given immediately. When she asked what she was to do with the coat and where to send it, she was told to give hold on to it and donate it to someone who needed it, an incredible act of charity and kindness from the company’s behalf.
