The banks love to find ways to cause trouble, whether thats on purpose or not, but they can cause quite an inconvenience from time to time. One woman had one of her cheques bounce to pay a plumber. After some investigation, she found out that the bank processed the cheque just milliseconds before her pension came in for that month. As a result, she was given a $30 penalty.
She decided she had enough of the bank’s antic and wrote them a letter detailing how she will interact and communicate with the bank from now on, and needless to say, it will make life a lot more difficult to them!
