An old woman died and it never occurred to her to cancel her credit card, she was too busy trying to take care of everything else.
A few months after she passed, her family noticed she was still receiving letters from the bank. They opened them up and found that she was being charged for her credit card, even though she had passed away. They saw that the woman had paid off all her cards but now she was $60 due.
Her great grandson called up to the bank and spoke with a banker about the matter and even had to speak with the bank supervisor to try and sort it out. But it seemed that no matter what he tried to tell them, they just couldn’t understand the concept of death.
